We make every effort to ship in stock items within 24 business hours. (3 business days). We do not ship orders on weekends, or major holidays. Please clearly provide your shipping and billing address to avoid delays.

This applies only to the customers residing inside the USA and uses standard shipping method. Offer is not valid for international orders or for express delivery.

Canadian and international orders

We gladly accept Canadian and international orders via MasterCard & visa only. All products and shipping rates are quoted in US dollars. And do not include customs charges / taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and exchanges

We are comitted to give you the very best craftsmanship, quality and service. We won't be happy unless you are. If you are not satisfied with any item purchased. BOOKS are not returnable, and Media is not returnable once opened. We will gladly replace, refund or exchange any item. You may return your unused product in resalable condition by contacting us within 7 calendar days of order date for a return authorization. If your order is sent back in perfect, resalable condition with original packaging and packing receipt, you will be refunded product purchase price, less shipping and handling and 10% restocking fee. Books and open cd's cannot be returned.

Orders returned after the 7-day notification period will be offered store credit or replacement.
